Stanno girando ‘Il Gattopardo’ a Palermo - ci sono cavalli, carretti, attori anche regista - Quattro Canti - chiuso - aspettiamo il film!
Standing under one of the largest Murano glass chandeliers ever made. Shipped piece by piece from Murano, Venice to Palazzo Gangi, Palermo to decorate the fabulous ballroom. This same ballroom was used in the filming of the iconic ‘Il Gattopardo’ film starring Burt Lancaster, Claudia Cardinale and Alain Delon. Our private tour of the palace was delivered elegantly and knowledgeably by Princess Carine. She and her husband have worked tirelessly to restore the palace over the last twenty years. #Sicily #Palermo #Leopard #gattopardo #burtlancaster #alaindelon #claudiacardinale #risorgimento #bellezza
